If everything Haley said about her past is true, death at a young age was practically predestined for her. If she didn't die by the hands of a certain someone, and it wasn't an accident, she was a prime candidate for punching her own ticket sometime in the near future anyway. And, really, what reasonable person wouldn't understand if she would have chosen to do that? Life has repeatedly roundhouse kicked her in the crotch, and a person can only take so much. I know it's a bit of a cliche to say, but hopefully she finds the peace in death that she couldn't find in life.



I, for one, would understand completely if she decided to cash in her chips, especially if she was in a remote part of the state, possibly trying to kick the junk. I've never done smack, but I've tried to quit cigarettes a hundred times, so I can only imagine.

If it turns out that Inkyo killed her, though, I have a hard time picturing the sonofabitch offing himself. He strikes me as being too... "selfish" for that. He might have gone to Baja, but more likely he's holed up somewhere debating what to do.
