You are going to have a lot of fun with your local District Attorney when they find you creating "obscene" material in their jurisdiction in a conservative, bible-beating red state like Indiana. Good luck, make sure you save up some bail money and build a legal warchest.

Kingfish is absolutely correct. In fact, the only State of the Union where it's legal to shoot porn is California. You can "get away with it" in places like New York, and parts of Florida, but in Muncie? You're pushing your luck.

Also, if you're not complying with Federal regulations such a 2257, you're going to have to worry about much bigger fish than the Delaware County District Attorney. With DOJ's continuing Jihad against obscenity, you're going to find yourself in a world of hurt unless you keep and maintain the required paperwork.

Best thing you can possibly do for yourself, before you worry about casting, before you worry about equipment or location or distribution, is to sit down with an Attorney who is well versed in Adult Entertainment Law. And you may have to drive to Chicago for that, but it beats the alternative.

Finally, If you're actually going to try this in Muncie and you're on a tight budget, why are you advertising for talent here? Go to the campus of Ball State and hit up some of the kids there (Do NOT post flyers, though. That would be bad.) I'm sure a lot of the kids there are hard up for scatch and willing to do a shoot.

EDIT: If you do recruit from Ball State, Christy Woods would make an AWSOME porn name.
