The basic idea of #3 is promising and something I too have been thinking about.
I'm thinking this should really be taken to the next level. The bitch should be wearing a videomask, so that what she sees is strictly what is fed in by the cameras. The mix played on the video will of course be shots from various feeds showing her being psychosexually dismantled in real time. If the whore needs help keeping her eyes open, devices can be fitted to her head to achieve that too (maybe call the CIA for some tips). Aurally, she can b tortured by the male performers and director, commanding her to watch herself be pounded on like chuck steak...
I think this sort of thing--the prevention of the whore's visual system from mapping coherent spatial relations to the surrounding environment--could really disorient and explode a whore's already fragile psyche.
