I think he means that there are no OTHER Haleys in the Brentwood Cemetery.

It might make sense for her to be there if there were a family plot/crypt/presence.

Since her mom is from Mexico and likely has no roots in Brentwood, and there are no Haleys in Brentwood, why is she being buried "alone"?
