New tapes were $10 each, used in boxes were $5 apiece or 3 for $10. Tapes without boxes went for $2. You could also trade 2 boxed movies for one, so I used to copy whatever I bought and trade them back to him after a while. The best part about it was that once it was bagged it just looked like you had bought some comics or cards.
