Just WHAT IS the current law in effect here in Ohio? I can't yet get over the fact that our idiot governor is trying to pass a law that would fine people who wear their pants around their ass (ya know, the wigger crowd who can't afford a belt). I don't like it, but the idea of a law such as this is ludicrous.



Ohio has some pretty draconian laws governing strip clubs. I'm not sure of them all but I know there's no touching laws and I don't they can continue to dance after a certain time.

Apparently groups are trying to repeal these laws and they failed to get enough valid signatures to do so.



Thanks, I wasn't sure if the laws were already IN effect, or being pushed by the religious fucks around here. It's obvious the former is true.



They've been in effect for years, I don't know if this is still law but back in the early 90s, Ohio strip clubs couldn't serve alcohol unless the girls wore pasties on their nipples.

The Club could have full nudity if they didn't serve alcohol at all so needless to say, there were alot of "juice bars" in Ohio.

I live near the Detroit area and I remember back then most of the strippers around here were actually from Toledo. They worked in Michigan because there weren't any decent stip clubs in Ohio to work at.
