I always heard it as a cheerleader fulfilling a promise to a football team that she would blow them all if they won a game they were not suppose to have a chance in hell at winning.

I was also told the same story but it was a girl at a high school graduation party. The person who told me this swore it was true because her mother was working as a nurse in the hospital the girl in the story was taken to have her stomach pumped.
