I agree with most of what you've written here Jim, but I believe a Clinton administration will have a healthy helping of New Dworkinites, on bureaucratic/philosophical and DOJ levels. These will be the people who had virtually no voice during the Bill years. Just wait...the feminist outlashing is nigh. (I "worked" with or, rather, listened to, The Dworkin herself in the early 90s. Heh-heh.)

And I think Rudy could get the nomination, simply for fear of Romney/Thompson losing to old Wellesley '69.
