Nonetheless, it's not the Wellesley and Radcliffe crowd that matters; it's who's going to staff the Clinton DOJ that will make the call. I seriously doubt Max is on the radar of any but the most diehard Dworkinite contributors. Justice will be able to make the call relatively free of interference from the political folks.
