Don't be so sure, Spongey. There are many variables at play here. I expect him to lose round one, but his lawyers are smart enough to delay things long enough that there will be a new, presumably Democratic administration installed before this comes before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. I'm not so sure the new DOJ is going to want to persue this.
