Yeah, but do you actually have any sort of court-admissable evidence? Like a signed receipt for the money you loaned her or something along those lines? Because if not, I think you're going to be shit out of luck with regards to getting your money back...it's not like you can threaten to wreck her career or somesuch, because it's already wrecked, so it looks like it's just going to be more pointless pissing and moaning.
