Have to disagree with your choice of metaphor, Burg. By all accounts, Spector never intended to shoot that whore at his house. And if this was Luke's first victim, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. Or even his second. But given his history of repeatedly defaming whores while they're in the industry, and outing them once they've left, there's no way this can be anything other than willful, malicious and deliberate. And that's a whole other animal.
