According to the Moral Leader:Steven emails about Sophia Lynn: "Oh my god when I was cleaning my bathroom I found a needle and sureng and I myself have never and never will shoot up anything, so I know this belongs to Sophia Lynn plus it was in my personal bathroom trash can, which no one ever uses because it is in the master bedroom and I keep my room locked at all times… it has what looks like a tan residue on it. Oh my god this bitch was shooting up in my bathroom no wonder she was in my bathroom for hours on end… Also when she was using my car she said she had several customers to meet with but when she got home the next morning she had no money… SOPHIA LYNN is on heroin. I got rid of the needle because I don’t need that in my house plus I was so lucky I didn’t poke myself on it cause then she would be facing criminal charges…" + + + I'm not sure. Which is more likely: That a whore would be shooting smack or that Luke would get a story wrong.

I have to jump in here a defend this girl a little - not a lot though. Whether she is or isnt on smack - I dont know, but I know something about "Steve". I had the opportunity to read about 3 weeks of his text messages to her - apparently he is either (a) stalking her over his emotions or (b) stalking her because she owes him money. Either way, the text messages I read (about 90 total) do not paint the same picture as his emails. On numerous occasions he referred to her as "sweetie" and wanted to know if she could do a sex scene with him instead of paying him back whatever she owed. When she refused the offer, his tone changed dramatically ending up in the emails that Luke is posting. His overall tone in the text messages seem to paint a man that was infatuated. In his text messages he threatened her with exposing her on Luke, AVN, XBiz ect. So far only Duke has taken him up on the smear campaign. Michael www.adultbizlaw.com

Have to disagree with your choice of metaphor, Burg. By all accounts, Spector never intended to shoot that whore at his house. And if this was Luke's first victim, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. Or even his second. But given his history of repeatedly defaming whores while they're in the industry, and outing them once they've left, there's no way this can be anything other than willful, malicious and deliberate. As for legal options, I cannot discuss those other then to say she has them open to her.

I have to agree with Jim. Its probable that Luke's journalistic laziness and black heart has gotten him in yet another bind. Now, the shooting of heroin by a porn sex worker is a very plausible scenario. However the possible revelation that the indicter has some type of ax to grind and the possibility of the "actress" in question taking insulin injections is beyond wonderful. Insulin is a clear liquid and the syringes are pretty standard in their look.   Insulin is clear and most cooked and injected heroin is various shades of brown; would be difficult to confuse the residue of one for the other. Perception is one hundred percent of ones reality. Unfortunately, I have not heard from her in over a week. She informed me she was going to return to LA last Tuesday and deal with her situation involving Steve Koch. I gave him my word that I would try to resolve his situation with her. When it was not resolved in the manner and time frame he wished, he threatened me as well as Sophia with posting defamatory statements on the internet. It is sad that this self-proclaimed professional in the industry has to resort to Luke Ford to solve his rather minor issue. On a more important note - as for Sophia, her family has been in touch with me, if anyone knows her whereabouts, please have her contact them or me immediately. I have 4 attorney and growing firm and we rep adult, music and mainstream clients. We also do ip, civil and business litigation, limited criminal, employment law, insurance defense and the run of the mill ambulance chasing PI work.
I will help out talent on an occasional basis pro-bono if they are friends. Which basically means that until I or one of my attorneys have to do some actual legal work, ie., research case law, author pleadings, depos, discovery ect. I will not charge. I did help Brian Surewood gratis. But we do charge an hourly fee to the porn clients and the retainer is between $1500 and $5000 depending on the legal situation at hand.
But for you Gia I would discount my rate and retainer.

Hey Michael I never denied that I also played Captian save a ho... In fact I wore a cape and a mask with a red shirt that says Captian save a ho.. that was my mistake and I paid the price of 1000 dollars for it.. I Knew Sophia Lynn would never pay me.. And you know what that's fine..
