Yeah, I posted this on that other forum but I was wondering where this tub of goo gets funding for these pieces of "art"? I don't believe any studio would fund it unless he had already had a multi picture deal and this is one of the flix he made under that. If not I would be curious to know the people who did fund this latest pile of shit. I am not a big Clinton fan but I would get annoyed if this was reversed and somebody tried to drag that one through the mud in a documentary like this. No one one was to blame for 9/11 except the terrorists who did it and their ilk. Could a lot of people done more yes but are they to blame no ( this applies to both sides of the fence).

George Lazenby was the Mr. Bean of Bonds, he was totally lame.
Lazenby was pretty weak in the charisma department, but the only movie he did as Bond is one of the best of the series, with great action pieces and that striking ending.

Have we forgotten David Niven as James Bond in Casino Royale ? He played him on (I think he was the first)

Nope, CASINO ROYALE was made in 1967, the year YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE was released. In the same year, italin director Alberto De Martino spoofed the Bond series with OPERATION KID BROTHER, starring Neil Connery.

There IS a TV version of Casino Royale made in 1954, as a chapter of the CLIMAX TV series. Barry Nelson plays Bond (with his MIDDLE-AMERICAN accent - he even says "ya"!), and Peter Lorre is Le Chiffre. This TV version can be found on the CASINO ROYALE SE DVD.

Moore is a shit. Newspaper Says Moore Film Used Fake Front http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/ap/20040730/ap_en_mo/people_michael_moore_1A scene early in the movie that shows newspaper headlines related to the legally contested presidential election of 2000 included a shot of The Pantagraph's Dec. 19, 2001, front page, with the prominent headline: "Latest Florida recount shows Gore won election." The paper says that headline never appeared on that day. It appeared in a Dec. 5, 2001, edition, but the headline was not used on the front page. Instead, it was found in much smaller type above a letter to the editor, which the paper says reflects "only the opinions of the letter writer." "If (Moore) wants to 'edit' The Pantagraph, he should apply for a copy-editing job," the paper said. DUDE, THIS AIN'T HIS COUNTRY "Thank God for the Canadians," Hollywood Mickey told a cheering crowd, including many Americans. "They're just like us — only better!" said the filmmaker, who's been known to call his own countrymen, folks who made him megarich, "stupid." "They like us," the puffy pontificator continued about his dear Canadians. "They just wish we would read a little more." http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=106&ncid=742&e=3&u=/nypost/20040728/cm_nypost/dudethisainthiscountry
