Speaking as one of the Irish "redheads" around here, I'm fairly sure Irish have beat up on Putorecanos since the late 1800s. That was mainly in the NYC/Boston boroughs, though. Later on, our Ivy League eyesight enabled us to bomb the fuck out of Vieques, and send the leftover change to the ETA.
