My readers should boycott Wicked until they stop banning me from their events. They’ve been doing this to me since the summer of 1999 when I made some gentle fun of Steve Orenstein. Other than that, I’ve treated the company with respect because in the sewer of pornography, Wicked is good folks.

i seriously doubt very little, if any, of readers would actually purchase wicked product anyway...
aside from that, if luke did not RSVP, then how could he be mad @ heth, or mr. orenstein? It was known that the gig was invite only and you had to rsvp.
i was working the back of the red carpet because i arranged for Courtney & Eva to do video interviews of the guests for avn.com, so i was busy coordinating things and keeping it rolling and I did notice & send a text up front asking about ol' luke though...because i was wondering what he was doing....

Just tried to get my daily dose of inanity, but the site is down, again.
What is that, five times in as many weeks? Funny, Gene and Gram don't seem to have this problem.
