Yes!!!! Strangely, I got chicken pox at 14-yrs-old after YEARS of being exposed to other kids with it. I figured by then I'd never get it. I've always had a super human immune system even as a kid.

Next thing I know, I'm home for a week with chicken pox, watching MTV's The Grind and complaining to my mom that all the other kids my age have gonnoreah and here I am with a kids' ailment. I think she said something regarding having the rest of my life to catch gonnoreah. I also wasn't down with missing in-class assignments and screwing up my perfect gpa.

TIP: Take Benadryl to ease the itch...TOTALLY works for some reason. SCRATCHING WILL CAUSE SCARRING. Trust me. I never scarred.

Sleep a lot if it takes your mind off scratching. Anything is worth not scarring.
