Bish: the best advice I can give you is not to jump into any relationship quickly. That's the worst thing you can do- because all you'll discover is something you don't like about the bitch. Like 2 weeks living with her after you've declared to the world you love her, you realize she sleeps with her mouth open, has dragon breath and laughs with an open mouth full of food.

You will also have to compromise a lot. Most women just look good on the exterior, but inside they're either bitchy, talkative, loud, gossipy, materialistic, baggage ridden whatever. You should take time to weed these out until you find someone you can trust enough to date. You should just be patient- if you think you've found a good woman find a reason to doubt her. Any good woman is worth the wait. And always use your intuition- it's the only way you'll know whether someone is good enough to date.

I wouldn't recommend a fuck buddy as someone else suggested. This will either only make you less trust worthy of people or make you fall for the wrong kind of chick; either that or you're not the only pal she's fscking which really just brings you full circle to square one. If anything, get a woman whose down with having an open relationship or get one you can keep on lock.
