I believe in karma(Ive seen it in action) Since I dont want anyone lying to me,I will tell the truth even when there may be a price to pay for doing so. Since I know that I am far from perfect admitting mistakes relieves me from the burden of pretending to be and has the side effect of making me avoid behavior that I would be unwilling to answer for later.Not really giving a fuck what others think about what ever I have to do makes my life pretty simple and an open book. I also do my best to do what I say I will do combined with trusting others which I would hope allows others to trust me. Now dont get me wrong, there are times I believe its in order to lie. There are some folks who will leave you no choice but to answer questions that are none of their fucking business to begin with,like bosses and the police of course.ie; during a bullshit routine stop any lie you tell about what may be in your car should be protected by your constitutional rights and if I need a day off of work and the only acceptable reason is illness than fuck it I am sick but outside of that if you have no causal affect in my life then you would have to percieve yourself as quite important to think I would even bother to lie to you.In relationships I always trust blindly(since I have no reason not to) in hopes that my mate will share my view on trust and truth. But if you give me a reason not to trust you afterwards I find that I can not go back to doing so and know that without trust I cant be happy. Yet invariably I find myself imvolved with chicks that will lie quicker than Rod Fontana will drink piss. In my never ending quest to better myself and have better relationships,its time I ask; am I just choosing badly or am I in some way facilatating the lying by trusting blindly thereby misleading women into believing the can tell me anything? Come on folks chime in here, ladies in particular.A little help here? (shit,what has my life come to when I am asking for help in the cage?)(I just thought that right?I didnt actually type it right?)

I don't think lying is limited to the domain of women or the subset we call "whores". One of my favorite lines is from a bad movie called "Up the Creek" when the male lead is asked if he was lying to the female costar he said: "I'm a guy. Of course I'd lie to you." Humans are generally not truthful or trustworthy. They lie and fail to live up to trust every day. That's why the quest to find the rare someone to trust is so alluring ... and riddled with ultimate failure. Even if someone is truthful and trustworthy today, how will s/he be a month, a year, 10 years from now? Will you be?

Why do chicks lie? Because they can't handle the truth. I never lied, I just avoided most of the obstacles I saw coming by dumping the dude first or just ignoring shit till it didn't work anymore. Its only now in my 30's can I tactfully or truthfully without padding, say no.
Try a fuck buddy, and keep it on the downlow. No promises, no expectations, and with no return on an investment that can't go wrong. It works till it doesn't... but then move on. Liberating. I dated a married guy for a short period of time. The whole don't ask don't tell about each others lives was awesome. A "civilian" is never going to understand the porn world. Me, never having been married would never understand a wife that doesn't want to put out, and frankly I don't want to hear the drama. First date was a "hey, even though I get tested, I might expose you to an STD even with a condom" and "hey, she never touched me for insane number of x years after she had a kid." The loose relationship worked till it didn't, and then life was simple again.
Life on a different day will be different. Just wait, and watch it happen.

Bish: the best advice I can give you is not to jump into any relationship quickly. That's the worst thing you can do- because all you'll discover is something you don't like about the bitch. Like 2 weeks living with her after you've declared to the world you love her, you realize she sleeps with her mouth open, has dragon breath and laughs with an open mouth full of food.
You will also have to compromise a lot. Most women just look good on the exterior, but inside they're either bitchy, talkative, loud, gossipy, materialistic, baggage ridden whatever. You should take time to weed these out until you find someone you can trust enough to date. You should just be patient- if you think you've found a good woman find a reason to doubt her. Any good woman is worth the wait. And always use your intuition- it's the only way you'll know whether someone is good enough to date.
I wouldn't recommend a fuck buddy as someone else suggested. This will either only make you less trust worthy of people or make you fall for the wrong kind of chick; either that or you're not the only pal she's fscking which really just brings you full circle to square one. If anything, get a woman whose down with having an open relationship or get one you can keep on lock.

I may have had unreal expectations on every woman that I ever wanted to have more than sex with...but riddle me this drunkwoman. Its bed time on the east coast but I want to thank all but one of you for your help...  (if I dont tell you when to pull the fries up,dont tell me how to post) The guys all gave great advice,but the chicks gave me insight. My only concern now is that from what I gather finding a soldier to stand beside me whom I can come home to and not have to deal with the constant barrage of attacks and bullshit in the outside world, whom I can love and have her love me in return, take at her word and, whom I can be willing to lay down my life to protect her and show my son how to have a good relationship is going to be a daunting task......if possible at all. When I feel like I cant trust someone who is close enough to me to hurt me I feel as if I am in danger (side effect of my marriage).If I am willing to do all that forever why is fucking honesty too much to ask in return? Shit, I cook she couldnt even handle that....I hope they were just losers. There have to be some women left who live in a way that they can be trusted.....

most women do want honesty in their relationships.....but unfortunately as women get older...women just like men come with a certain amount of say......baggage.....which makes it difficult for them/us to truly open up until we are 100% sure that the truth won't send you packing and running.....so oftentimes the lie becomes the front
