Well, don't get your hopes up too high, Spongey. While anything's preferable to Gonzo, he's still a 66-year-old Conservative Republican with all the ideology attendant thereunto. Like I said, there's no doubt he's going to go through with the JM, Max and other trials. And he's still got that cocksucker Brent Ward heading up the Obscenity Task Force, so, unless the Judge decides that there needs to be a radical re-ordering of DOJ's priorities, I expect it to be much the same as before. If he diverts some of Ward's resources, I don't expect it to be much more than 10 %.
