Others: This is a "he said/she said" so I seriously doubt there is any real case here. If she BELIEVES she was raped, even if she wasn't in some technical sense, how are you going to limit her right to talk about it?
I HATE the "she said no in the middle of the act" crap, and I don't believe that anyone should ever be convicted of a crime in such an instance. That said, the other person is still entitled to their viewpoint.
Defaming some nobody in "porn"? I'd like to see the jury damages on that one.
