Anita, no one is arguing in favor of rape, be it within the industry or in the world at large. However, if, in fact, a rape occurred, the Los Angeles Police Department is the appropriate forum for reporting the crime. Not KSEX. If she'd had gone to the Police, she'd have a lot more credibility. If she'd been too ashamed to report it at the time (as often happens) she would still maintain her credibility by coming forward alongside an attorney, therapist or some other professional with whom she has discussed the matter in depth.

All she has managed to accomplish is to make herself and KSEX liable to libel suits. And I do believe they're forthcoming.
