Actually I did speak with Anita on this last night and informed her how it could have been handled more appropriately. Simply put, dont name names.

However, I do represent Brian, not Anita or KSEX.

I have not seen a tape of show so I cannot comment on whether there is conduct that is actionable. I dont believe that Brian is a public figure and further I dont believe actual malice is necessary. I will leave it at that.
