For someone who isn't an employer why would Evil Angel be concerned about advanced notice from a "contract" employee. Unless they are terminating before said "contact" has expired then they have no obligations to inform you of not wanting to do business with Evil Angel.

If there is any acrimony between Jules Jordan and Evil Angel it's not that extreme. I say this because if he took your sales list with him then you'd have grounds for seeking due compensation. You have obviously not pursued such and action so Evil Angel must not be that bent over Jules' exodus.
