Does anyone know the date when they can start making more movies after the outbreak?

Movies were still being shot during the outbreak.

I thought that they had to stop making them?Or was it a voluntary deal?

It was more of a vouluntary thing, but most keep on shooting anyway.

Everything was voluntary. Even the people on the list were voluntarily supposed to not work. In my personal opinion, I would have made that mandatory. That's someone's life at stake.
