Yeah, I guessed that she targets anybody with the word "Porn Star"(or any similar word) in their profile. I also figured the messages were more than likely the same copy&pasted crap that most spammers with "Dear (insert name here)," added at the beginning to make it seem like it is specifically for the girl she is sending it to.

If I was her though, I would send to the messages to those who seemed to cry for something(help, love, what-have-you) rather than just sending the same xeroxed message to each and every person on the internet. People who seemed like they would be receptive to the message she gives, rather than being the porn world's equivalent of a door-to-door Jehovah's Witness handing out her copies of the Watchtower to people who are trying to sleep in on Saturday morning.
