Before you start spreading misconceptions:

a) I had no surgeries.

b) The Federal Government doesn't recognize Gender Dysphoria as a legitimate medical condition and certainly doesn't make any public funds available for treatments. Even insurances are not covering it yet. The Federal Government doesn't legally recognize "sex changes" even after "surgery". People pay with their own money. Often they cannot afford the cost of surgery here in the US and therefore go to Thailand...
