No. The point is PRECISELY that Media Mail is the method A-DVD-MP re-sellers use to ship purchased DVDs.

I'm saying if Megan got DVDs from an "evil" A-DVD-MP re-seller, it would have been delivered to her thru the USPS.

And, offering a "real/new" product and providing a "counterfeit" would be using the US Mail to commit fraud.

It is a serious felony. You'd be INSANE to openly use the mail fraudulant porn. Even fake charities, like the ones I dealt with in NY, send people to your house to pick up checks rather than risk ANY use of the mail. Many "mail-order" places limit their shipping to private carriers just to avoid any interference from the Postal Inspectors.


POINT:

If what Megan said was true, and she received "fake" and/or alterred DVDs of her own work why whine? Why not file a complaint with the USPIS as a consumer? Why not have several people from SWorld file as consumers? etc. etc. etc.
