I hate sloppiness. If your going to play guitar, take some pride in your musicianship and play your instrument right. Sloppy works for punk, but not other genres of music.



I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one. If you're covering Honky Tonk Woman and come in like Allan Holdsworth on the solo it's just not going to work. Also, you can't play an authentic Delta blues piece without a certain degree of sloppiness.
