The canadian juniors can't make it to the TSX so they trade on the TSX-V, formerly the VSE.

The real US Jrs are listed on the AMEX, which is junior to the NASDAQ, it has generally been plagued with the same kind of rep as the VSE had 10-15 years ago (ie wild west).

If you can't even meet the low listing requirements of the AMEX, you can trade your paper on the OTCBB, which is generally unregulated.

I'm certain some of the fellas like Jamesn or Willie with more B-school background can go deeper.
