hoboken isn't the ghetto it once was. lot's of yuppie scum living over there now, due to its short commuting distance to Manhattan. But with all this yuppie scum moving in, rents are going up. it's kinda funny becuase after NYC enacted it's smoking ban in restaurants and bars, alot of people were hopping the ferry or train into hoboken bars just so they could smoke.
