What I find ironic is that they say if they force net neutrality to remain in place, the cost for upgrading the backbone infrastructure will all fall on the consumer. But don't they realize we'll still end up paying pay for the fast lane service - websites will just tack it on to their fees, merchandise, etc. The end user always pays, one way or another.
