Greg Allan owns Diabolic. He started another company a while back called Zero Tolerance and had a man named Greg Alves be the front man for the company. But Greg Allan was still the owner. Which would explain why when he left Anabolic he went to the Zero tolerance building...it is his and always has been.

Im not sure where Mike Quasar even fits in.
