Yes.

It started with Manchester City vs. Manchester United rivalry. City fans pretend they are crashing airplanes to taunt ManU fans (7 players died in a crash 50 years ago). U fans make hissing noises to sound like gas chambers, because City's stadium is in the Jewish part of town.

I used to work with a City fan, and whenver U (aka "the shite") lost, he would zoom around the office pretending to be a crashing plane.

But they're really good people.

I've never heard of that, but it wouldn't surprise me...I've only been to one England game and I really didn't care for the sort of crowd it attracts, i.e. the sort of beered-up neanderthals who vociferously boo the national anthem of the opposition and launch various racial chants.
