No, the only state where it's clear it's not in CA. It's not well tested elsewhere, if tested at all.

And I think most states will be wary of testing the issue for fear of getting a federal court to rule on 1st amendment grounds, since I think there's a good chance legit porn production might get 1st amendment protection today if the issue is pursued.
