JimB claims to be able to guarantee that the worst case scenario will take place. First of all, that's just silly. You have no reason to be sure about the cops behaviour at all, and any claim to that effect does just make you look silly. Then Gia chimes in ands eemingly AGREES while claiming that this could indeed happen. Well that's something entirely different.
