I think Gia's gripe might be a compositional one...depending on how far you scroll the image down, it looks like it could be the underdeveloped left leg of the guy in her ass, or alternatively, the overdeveloped left forearm (or pursuing the current fivehead tangent, a 'fivearm', perhaps?) of Ms. Young.
