I think that Shelley, in one of the lapus she often does, forgetting that other people other that her pals read her statements, said that a girl she was helping out of porn must keep a low profile because she was being questioned by Law enforcement about her escorting activities so she will not make any public statements like others. I always find it interesting that so few "Christians" are able to practice what they preach. Shelley seems unable to turn the other cheek or even forgive someone. Instead, she resorts to what would appear to be lies about MTV shows--and where in the Bible does it condone lying?--and then attacking the very people she professes she wants to 'save'.

I'm glad that people like Heather are trying to distance themselves from Lubben, and I hope that some of her other "fallen angels" will come to their senses and quickly realize that the only reason Lubb Lubb wants them is for further self promotion.

Shelley, I truly hope you get your rewards in Heaven, because I have a feeling it'll involve a slippery slide heading straight down, where you can join the rest of us at the party.

Heather Veitch is pretty cool. I'm not a Christian and I don't think porn whores need to be saved, but at least she seems to have thought about what she's doing and is being consistent about it. Lubben got the "If you're not with me, you're against me" part and that's all she needs to know. If you don't support her, screw forgiveness.

I can understand why someone would want to stop being a porn whore. I admire anyone, inside or outside the business, who is willing to make the effort to help someone get away from a busines that they used to support drug use. But it seems to me to do more harm than good to encourage ex-performers to blame the business for the performers' decisions. And Shelley Lubben seems to be increasingly living in a world created out of her own imagination.

I started thinking after I seen Lubb Lubb's attack on Derek Hay on Luke's site the other day. It got me thinking.

If Shelley Lubben really cared about converting people in the industry, she would reach out to him just like she would to the girls. In fact she would reach out to the big-shots in porn; the producers, directors, and studio owners just the same as she would to the girls in porn.

If you believe theBible, sin is sin. All sins are equal. The guys who are exploiting the girls are just as guilty as the girls who are having sex for money. They are the same in God's eyes and are both lost souls in need of help.

Why does she only seem interested in the girls though? I think there are two main reasons for this.

1. The girls are easier to convince to leave. Sierra didn't look to be getting much work when she was taken under Shelley's wing(especially after her Lesbian Bukkake episode), and from what I read about Jersey Jaxin she was having problems of her own. The big shots on the other hand usually have it pretty easy compared to the girls and make more money. Less emotional and physical problems, much harder to convince them to leave.

2. The girls have plenty of sob stories to tell to elicit sympathy, tug at the heartstrings, and have people open their pocketbooks to send in the donations. The big-shots on the other hand, no matter how you spin their stories, will always look like assholes to Shelley and her supporters.

If Shelley devoted time and effort to save someone like Max Hardcore, a lot of her supporters would probably step back and wonder what in the hell she was doing. The guy is the scum of the earth, the kind of person they want to see rot in hell(which is real Christian-like, right?). No, she wouldn't waste any of her time with a guy like that, because it would make her look bad. Someone who really believed in the Christian Bible, though, would see that he is just like those he uses, in need of Jesus.

Just like the preachers who reach out to the murders and child rapists in jail, Shelley should try to reach out to anyone involved in the adult industry. If she were a true Christian, she would believe they were all in need of help, the whores and those who use them. No, Shelley Lubben isn't doing this for the girls. She's doing this for herself.

taryn is a likable girl. i always liked working with her. i think luke is creating a story here, i have heard from other girls from AZ that taryn has a nice family.

i just met shelley at Porn Star Karaoke last week, seems like a nice woman. strange place to hand out business cards though.

As much as I hate Shelley Lubben, I do believe her accusations about Taryn's drug use. She was a cokewhore, regardless how refined at the present, and the chances that she snorted blow on-set are probably undeniable...yet somehow Taryn manages to do so.

She's been pretty up front about the fact that she needs to get into shape, in contrast to her denials about drugs. I guess that's because she's been away from the business for awhile.
