O' naive Luke. Do you think that just because someone at TightFit told you that it's not true it isn't? Of course TightFit is going to say their still actively in business. In fact, they may even believe they are. But Frank at IVD does this all the time. He'll buy a company (AKA their catalog) and even make arrangement with the owner to keep making some movies. But trust me, after 2 or 3 more titles it will be oficially done.

FYI you don't give over distribution of your product to someone else after you've been doing it in house unless you're having trouble. Serious trouble.
