Their 5th top story for today is Joe Francis lawyer firing which broke two days ago and AdultFYI posted yesterday morning. They're a day or two behind on big stories.

That's the point I'm trying to make, why make original content on stories where your writers are just reposting from other sites (let alone two days after the news breaks or days after AVN posts it)...thats why "real" news sites subscribe and pay for AP news service feeds (or other news services) to post stories, so they don't get caught in repetitive reporting or have to deal with a delay in having to re-write stories.

The only place I hear XBiz even mentioned anymore or their stories reposted is Luke's site and I wonder why that is...hmmm... Not to mention that Erotica Film Festival Banner on luke's site by XBiz that's been up for months...and really, maybe a few hundred people will show up and how many thousands of dollars have they spent in ads? Hoo wantz to stair at EON McKAI 4 too daze strate?

Compare that to a year ago or even the beginning of this year. THEY WERE EVERYWHERE. I thought it was a stroke of genius to see them and their affiliate sites all over AVN's AEE in January. Then they seemed to disappear and I know I'm not the only one to think that.

And I've made claims about AVN numerous times that they were really lazy in reporting, especially with press releases (their writers reposted almost entire press releases as their own with one or two sentences changed...PRESS RELEASES I WROTE MY FUCKING SELF!)

But you know what? AVN seems to have gotten their act together after such criticism. The question is will XBiz get theirs?
