It's good to warm you up on a cold New York morning. But being from Florida, you wouldn't know about that. LOL.
If you ever do try it, get the McCann's Irish Oatmeal, not the instant shit. Takes half an hour to make but Damn, it's good.

Instant oatmeal is for disabled grandmothers. Make oatmeal stove-top and PUT cinnamon and/or maple syrup in it. Tastes waaaay better.

Agreed. Instant stuff is crap. The best oatmeal in LA is served for breakfast at the Peninsula in Beverly Hills; the downside is that it will cover all your nutritional needs for about a week.
The best oatmeal you can buy to make at home is called "The Silver Palate - Thick and Rough Oatmeal". Anything else pales in comparison and shouldn't even be called oatmeal.
If you want to put on several pounds in just a few days I recommend that you eat oatmeal every morning.

You're more likely to gain weight from a bowl of cereal and milk than from stove-top oatmeal.

Well, then you're not doing is right! Guys, never trust a skinny cook! It's no good if you don't add butter, cream, sugar, raisins and maybe even some nuts... it has to taste so good that instead of eating just one portion you'll instead clean out the entire pot on your own. After that you'll look in the mirror and start crying... lol... that's why I have it only once a year.

I don't use butter, cream, or milk and MY OATMEAL IS DELICIOUS!!! Instead of sugar, use raw agave syrup, raw honey or stevia. Raisins are fine as long as they're real actual unsweetened raisins and not the Sunmaid ones covered in crap. Nuts are fine, but I'm not into nuts. Adding blueberries to oatmeal = yummmmm.

I could never ever eat Oatmeal, its just like slop or wall paper glue to me, I cant swallow that type of consistency, I totally skeeve it. Gross!

My turn to make a big Sunday breakfast. Bacon, scrambled eggs w/peppers, refried rice, boston beans, blueberry pancakes and lots of coffee. Followed it up with a nice hike in the woods.

since no one cares i will tell you anyways i drank vodka for breakfast and made 200 dollars
i then took a tbone steak from a restaurant yesterday, sliced it up, drizzled olive oil on sourdough bread, put little bits of butter on one side, some pepper, let it heat up as i sliced the steak, then added that with some carmelized onions and muenster, jesus christ on 47 bicycles it was really really good, then i didnt drink as i sweated cincy +4, and here we are now people.
