If you were black and you were talking to somebody who questions if black people have the same intellectual abilities as white people, how would you feel? Or if you were gay you were talking to somebody who thinks homosexuality is a mental disorder that can be cured? How would you feel? If you were a Jew and you were talking to an Arab who thinks Israel must be wiped out, how would you feel? Or if you were a transsexual talking with somebody who doesn't believe that there really is such a thing as Gender Dysphoria? How would you feel? And all that in the context of a discussion that had NOTHING to do with any of it?

To answer your question. I'd rather have 100 psychotic Kurt Lockwoods then one ueber-bore Don Houston. Can you accept that? That's my personal preference.

Do you ask people what their favorite color is and then argue with them about why their choice is wrong?

PS: If you like we can meet for Brunch next time you're in LA and we can settle this in a civilized way. We might end up becoming best friends, but this online altercation has reached it's dead end. I'm off to the Peninsula, I've had enough aggravation for today.
