A bit unrelated...

Is this typical of a model release for porn? There seems to be a fuckload of red tape as it concerns any/all rights to images. It almost appears as though the photographer is responsible for any payment due to a model in the event images/video is used in excess of it's original intent? Would this be transferred via payment TO the photographer, thence distribution to the model?

Alot of legal speak in there as well that I don't really understand. Fucking lawyers,...Jesus Christ.
