Also, one cannot contract out of child support obligations. Any contract provisions or other agreements to that effect will be void as a matter of public policy. In other words, taxpayers are *not* going to pick up the tab for countless potential "Porno Love Children." Family law court is not concerned about how and why two people happened to come together to have sex that produced a child. The court *is* concerned with practical things like who is going to feed the child and keep a roof over it's head.
