No, not true at all.

Child support is, in theory, on behalf of the child. What the mom does or doesn't sign away is irrelevant: the child didn't (and can't) "hold harmless" anything. Therefore the child can still claim / be eligible for support.

If a porn star is married and gets pregnant on a set and nobody knows who the father is then the husband is liable for child support. If the father *can* be determined then in many (most? all now?) states the husband can transfer child support liability to the natural father, if filed within a year or so of birth.

If the porn star is unmarried, then there's the problem of finding out who the father is. It's not likely there's only one guy from the window of opportunity ... and if she did a 50-guy cream pie then she might not be able to even find many of them, might not be able to pay for all of the testing, and might not even be able to get a court to compel testing on those she can find & afford to test.
