I think you mis-read what i was saying.
I was saying that the goverment hassels all of us on our websites .. we have to have documents for everything. But bit torrent sites can host gigs and gigs of porn with no documentation that the people in the videos are over 18.
Then on a second note ... we require age verification to access our website by billing from a credit card (which granted a kid COULD have stolen the card and know all the info, but it's the best we can do at this time) but they just have it linked and available to anyone. They arn't even trying to prevent kids from watching it. Plus they allow anyone to post video. How do we know the people appearing in the video are of age? Consenting? etc?
And i agree with you on the BT's harning your computer .. their are a TON of fake ones out there set up to do just that.
