Are you really making a profit when third party VOD providers are whoring your content for 8 cents a minute? The reason I quit VOD - despite being the first to offer it - was that I saw it as a loose-loose proposition.

When you do PPV VOD on a per minute basis, you are diluting the value of the product. Why would any schmuck go out and buy a DVD for even $19.95 when they can score a few money shots for fuckin' $2???????? They won't...

When you can't even wholesale product effectively, you can't make a profit because you haven't created value anywhere up the supply chain. PERIOD.
