The Swiss have reciprocal treaties with many nations (including the US, the UK and most EU nations) whereby their LE will act upon a nation's request if the conduct in question violates a similar Swiss law. They do it with the supposedly inviolable Banking Laws all the time. In this case, if there's a Swiss law requiring such documentation as provided for in 2257, they may act (depending on the specific circumstances in each case.) It's a matter more for the State Department rather than Justice, though.
