You see, what you've done in your 'Germans hate the Turks etc.' statement is attribute a characteristic (and an unflattering one at that) to an entire nation/race. That's called 'racism'.

Just because some Germans dislike the Turks doesn't mean that all of them do. That's the equivalent of saying 'I saw some black guy dealing crack, therefore all blacks are criminals'.

You should look out for a guy who posts on here by the name of tritone...I think you and he would make fast friends.
