I hardly call spending K through 4th in Germany enough to judge a country, let alone a world.

Hypocrites exist everywhere; there isn't a square mile inhabited by human beings on this planet where actions don't conflict with principles. Its not Euro-centric or exclusive to America. Its everywhere; from the Communists to the Capitalists.

Most of the fun I've found living has come from conflict; it's survival of the fittest and that principle reigns over human beings as much as it reigns over the natural world.

Find some fun in actively opposing the hypocrites and being open about it. You'll live a bit more in the end rather than being satisfied in a comfortable living situation among your own species. Conflict is about the only sign humans are still evolving and haven't reached an evolutionary dead end.
